Eileen Enos, Founder of Talking Heads

Eileen started Talking Heads in 1999, then a small agency offering translation and interpreting services to local Sheffield companies.

Eileen is a 'Business with Languages' graduate, and speaks Spanish and French fluently. Not that she would say this herself but Spanish people have mistaken her for a native Spanish speaker more than once!

What do you do in your spare time?

"I travel and I enjoy dancing, reading, crosswords, quizzes and visiting historical buildings and sites"

Where have you travelled to?

"With my husband, family and friends I have visited Canada, US, Mexico, Antigua, Barbados, St Lucia, Cuba, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia, Canary Islands, Mallorca, Turkey, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, France, Spain, Italy, Rhodes, Croatia, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, The Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic and Portugal."

What is your favourite thing about Talking Heads?

"I am proud of the people at Talking Heads and the success that has come from our hard work"

Where did you grow up?

"In the UK, however I did live in South Africa for a couple of years."

What languages do you speak?

"My mother tongue is English. I speak Spanish and French and a little bit of German and Italian."

What music do you like?

"Blues, lots of current singers, mainly female; 70's artists including 10CC, Pink Floyd, Yes, Rod Stewart, Moody Blues, Procul Harem, and so many more..."

 


What are you hoping to achieve with Talking Heads?

… bigger and better things for Talking Heads with a satisfied and well rewarded team.
