Don’t Take Our Word for It

Talking Heads is dedicated to providing modern translation services to a vast range of clients across an array of industries. We are innovative in our approach and recognise the importance of keeping up with international affairs and pop culture. We can talk about the superiority of the service we provide in as many languages as our 11,000-strong team can speak, but don’t just take our word for it…

“They are always quick to respond, supportive in their suggestions, and understanding of our budget requirements.”

Thanks to the gravity of social media and the instant accessibility it offers consumers, tone-of-voice has become a crucial part of marketing strategy. Boohoo, a forward-thinking online fashion retailer communicates with their millennial customer base as though they’re messaging a friend. A youthful brand with such a colloquial voice requires a special type of translation service and Talking Heads has worked with boohoo since 2013 to deliver exactly that. For a full breakdown of the work, click here to read the boohoo case study.

Ella’s Kitchen

An exciting, wholesome brand, Ella’s Kitchen focuses on manufacturing organic food products for children. Though adults purchase the products, children must also be receptive to the design. We work with them on an ongoing basis, and are, of course, often bound by strict laws and guidelines, due to compliance and regulations across their international customer base. We must be extra vigilant and take care to carefully adhere to the labelling legislations for each market and liaise with law firms to ensure we comply with all food manufacturing laws in every country the product is sold. “What we value about Talking Heads is that they take time to explain their recommendations and help us to interpret the opinions of our local partners.”

With boohoo, our biggest challenge was ensuring that the communication style of the brand was never lost in translation; it was important that we were talking as though we were ‘one of the gang’ in every market. Warburtons required us to sell the crumpet, a quintessentially British breakfast item, to international audiences who had never seen one! To find out more about our international communications work with Warburtons, and see how we translated POS, web content and packaging copy into 6 different languages, visit the case study here.

All our clients have unique requirements, and we have a unique way of delivering them, by offering a range of expert translation services. We follow strict processes to ensure that every single brief is followed and fulfilled and exceed expectations in everything we do. As Hitachi says, “Talking Heads are proactive in their suggestions and attitude.”

Accessibility is more prevalent than ever, and international markets have never been easier to break-through. With world-class multilingual skills, Talking Heads allows businesses to become more accessible to audiences across the globe, assisting them in building lasting relationships without the restrictions of a language barrier. We help brands tell their story in every language in the world.
