Translations for students
To study in the UK, unless your documents are in English or Welsh, the UKVI requires a certified translation of all your certificates and supporting documents. You will need your original documents, a fully certified translation by a translation company, the company's details and contact information, and written confirmation that the translation is precise. translatemydoc provides all of this, including our official ATC stamp - in the UK only registered companies can certify translations, not individuals.

Translations for individuals
Official organisations in the UK, such as the FCO, the UKVI and banks, may require your documents to be translated and accompanied by a Certificate of Authentic Translation (CoAT): confirmation that it is an accurate translation of the original, the translation company's credentials and contact details. translatemydoc provides all of this, including our official ATC stamp - in the UK only registered companies can certify translations, not individuals. Many business services are not appropriate, or too expensive, for individuals; our service has been designed specifically for you.

Documents
We can translate ANY document. The maximum file size per upload is 4MB. We advise that you order using a computer / laptop, rather than a mobile device.
Languages
The price guides shown are for translations IN TO and OUT OF English. Please note that if neither of your required languages is English, costs may vary.
Prices
The prices on this site have ALREADY been discounted for students and individuals – the normal price is much higher. The price includes: Translation, Formatting, Certification / Sign-Off, Official Stamp and VAT (goes to the UK government).
Delivery
Translation and Processing takes between 3 and 5 days, depending on the number of words in your document/s and the amount of formatting required. Postage takes between 2 and 3 days for UK deliveries and more for International deliveries. Therefore the total time you must wait to receive your certified translation is BETWEEN 5 AND 8 DAYS (for UK deliveries). Postage is not possible on weekends or official UK holidays.
You will need
- The document you require a translation of in a digital format (scanned in or a photo from your phone/tablet). Do not send us the original version in the post please - we cannot take responsibility for it.
- Your delivery details. You must be at the address to take receipt of your translation. translatemydoc cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries because you are not in to receive the mail.

A delivery booklet containing:
- A copy of your document/s.
- The translation/s of your document/s.
- A Certificate of Authentic Translation (CoAT), on our headed paper, showing all required credentials.
- Our official ATC stamp.
The order process
- Complete the form below and click SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST.
- We will review your request and send you an email (usually within 2 hours, during our opening hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm), confirming the price and when we can deliver.
- If you want to order based on our offer, you then click a link that we provide, to make payment.
- Your order will then be processed and we will deliver by the agreed date.
