You may have noticed that we have recently launched a new Project Management system called ProjectLSP. 

For those of you who used it at the very beginning, we are sure that a few teething problems made you notice! However this is to be expected with any new process / system (unfortunately) and launch issues have now been cleared up. Apologies for any disruption during this time. 

Now that it is launched we are really excited as it is much more powerful than our previous system, for the benefit of our customers, suppliers and our Project Management teams. 

Customers can now do the following online:

• Request quotations for translations and interpreter bookings.

• View quotes and estimates.

• Accept quotes and read and understand the associated Terms and Conditions.

• View the status of your projects.

• Make changes to the contact details we have for you.

Suppliers are also able to view their projects online and carry out other actions in a much easier way than previously.
